The tank body adopts advanced automatic single-sided welding and double-sided forming technology. All welding seams undergo X-ray flaw detection and 48-hour water pressure & air tightness pressure testing to achieve 100% leak-proof qualification. The outer wall of the tank undergoes multi-layer sandblasting, anti-rust primer and weather-resistant topcoat spraying treatment, which further strengthens the corrosion resistant capability and extends the service life of the oil tank. Matched with high-load triple-axle chassis, brand brake system and reliable suspension structure, the whole vehicle realizes high load-bearing, stable braking and low failure rate, meeting strict international road transport standards.

Step 1: Professional Design & Precision Blanking

Adopt 3D modeling and CAD professional design according to international industry standards and customer customized demands. Select high-quality national standard carbon steel plates, and complete precision cutting and blanking through numerical control equipment to ensure accurate product size and standardized structural parameters.

Step 2: Tank Forming & Automatic Welding  

The tank barrel is rolled and formed by professional rolling equipment, and the head adopts integral stamping forming. All accessories such as tank body, head and anti-wave plates are positioned and assembled by tooling fixtures. Internal welding adopts inert gas shielded welding, and external circumferential welding adopts full-automatic submerged arc welding to realize seamless and firm welding forming.

Step 3: Strict Testing & Anti-Corrosion Treatment  

Conduct full X-ray flaw detection on all welding seams to eliminate welding defects. Complete 48-hour continuous water pressure and air tightness testing to ensure zero leakage of the tank body. Perform professional anti-corrosion treatment on the inner wall, and conduct sandblasting rust removal, primer and topcoat multi-layer spraying on the outer wall to enhance overall corrosion resistance and weather resistance.

Step 4: Chassis Assembly & Whole Vehicle Debugging  

Assemble the qualified tank body with high-strength semi-trailer chassis, and install standard axles, suspension systems, brake systems, oil and gas recovery devices and complete pipeline accessories. Conduct overall vehicle performance debugging and strict detection on braking, lighting, sealing and load-bearing performance to ensure all indicators meet international export standards, and complete factory inspection and cleaning before delivery.
