Product Production Process

Step 1: Drawing design and raw material procurement. The technical department designs exclusive drawings according to
the needs of sand and gravel transportation scenarios and industry standards, selects high-strength wear-resistant
steel, high-quality hydraulic components and other raw materials, and conducts strict inspection and screening to
ensure that the raw materials meet the load-bearing and durability requirements.
Step 2: Cutting and forming. Laser cutting equipment is used to accurately cut the steel, which is bent by a cold
bending forming machine. The corners of each material are designed with circular arcs to reduce stress release and
ensure dimensional accuracy.
Step 3: Welding processing. The frame is welded by automatic submerged arc welding process, and the cargo compartment
is welded by robot, ensuring sufficient weld penetration, firmness and no false welding. Reinforcing plates are added
at key stress-bearing parts to improve the overall structural strength. After welding, grinding and flaw detection are
carried out to eliminate quality hazards.
Step 4: Surface treatment. The whole vehicle is subjected to shot blasting process to remove surface rust and

Step 5: Final assembly and commissioning. Install axles, tires, hydraulic lifting systems and other components,

1. Operation Specifications: Before unloading, ensure that the site is flat and firm without obvious slopes to
avoid vehicle rollover caused by center of gravity deviation; when operating, stop the vehicle stably, pull the
handbrake, open the manual locking mechanism of the rear door, control the engine speed at 1000-1500 rpm, lift the
ejector rods in sections, observe the vehicle status after each section is lifted, and continue operation only if
there is no deviation or tire embedding.
2. Daily Maintenance: Regularly check the hydraulic system, check for oil circuit leakage, and timely supplement
hydraulic oil; check whether the welding parts are cracked or loose, and regularly fasten screws and connectors; clean
the residual sand and gravel in the cargo compartment to avoid corrosion of the cargo compartment; regularly check
tire wear and air pressure to ensure driving safety.
3. Procurement and Use: When purchasing, select the appropriate cargo compartment size and configuration
according to the sand and gravel transportation tonnage and driving road conditions, and prefer spot procurement or
